Slovak sludge metal band Underdose has returned with their latest album TILT, which promises to be their most mature release to date.

Emerging from a decade of evolution, the band blends heavy, doom-laden riffs with dark metallic hardcore energy and atmospheric synths. The album explores themes of human mortality, alienation, and resilience through stark, introspective lyrics, while the music itself unveils a complex fusion of electronic elements.

This sonic shift marks a significant departure from their earlier, grunge-influenced roots, showcasing a deeper commitment to authenticity and experimental composition. Since their 2012 debut, Underdose has grown into a boundary-pushing force, earning accolades like a Radio_Head Awards nomination.

With TILT, they continue to redefine their sound, balancing the raw intensity of their past with a more nuanced, genre-blurring approach to metal. Check out the album below.
