The Emberlands has released his new single, Helen of Troy, which offers a deeply emotional and introspective experience.

Written, performed, and produced entirely by John Nicholas Marx O’Sullivan, the track explores the complexities of love, sacrifice, and devotion. The lyrics, crafted with abstract imagery, reflect the effort one invests in supporting and nurturing another person.

Recorded at home, the single stands out for its intimate production, including vocals captured in a closet on a hot summer day, which adds a unique, raw atmosphere.

O’Sullivan, a Danish-Irish artist with roots in shoegaze and post-rock, views this release as a significant milestone in his musical journey, aiming to guide listeners through their emotions and uncover new depths within themselves. Check out Helen of Troy below.
