Simeon Kirkegaard has released his new album * (Asterisk), which showcases his distinct blend of orchestral pop and indie rock.
Years of collaboration across Europe have shaped this emotionally charged release, which includes lush string and choral arrangements by Fiachra Trench. Recorded in Ireland’s top studios, the album is a product of Simeon’s vision, with co-producers Gavin Glass and Alwyn Walker.
The tracks are a mix of grand orchestral sounds and raw guitar energy, exploring themes of love, loss, and hope. With lyrics co-written with Feileacan McCormick and Glass, * (Asterisk) creates an introspective journey.
